Rural Janitorial Role

We are seeking a reliable and efficient cleaner to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Cleaner and Facilities Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our rural location.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors thoroughly.
  2. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and other communal areas.
  3. Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly.
  4. Manage cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages to the owner.
  5. Follow health and safety guidelines during cleaning tasks.
  6. Communicate effectively with the owner to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
  7. Be able to drive and possess own transport due to the rural location.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Fluent English language skills.
  2. A valid driving licence.
  3. Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
  4. Flexibility to work varying hours as required.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends. Estimated salary range: £11.44-£12.50 per hour. Approximately 4-8 hours per week at £11.44-£12.50 per hour, resulting in weekly earnings of £45.76 - £100. Annualised, this equates to £2,376.32 - £5,200.
