Care Assistant Role at NHS

As a General Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of tasks to help provide the quality care and support that residents deserve. This is a diverse role with responsibilities across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering, allowing you to play a part in creating a warm and homely environment for the residents.

About the Role:

As a General Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of tasks to help us provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. No two days will be the same as you take on diverse responsibilities across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering.

It's because this is such a wide-reaching role that you'll be able to play your own part in creating a warm and homely environment.

Caring and empathetic, as a General Assistant you'll put our residents first and build the kind of positive professional relationships with them that make their experience with us happy and meaningful.
