Patient Care Associate

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Associate to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland. As a Patient Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide menus and take orders from patients while supporting with all dietary and allergen queries.
  • Prepare and deliver refreshments and meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
  • Clear down ward areas and wash up dirty dishes to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Liaise with ward staff to ensure patients' needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Offer exceptional customer service by prioritizing patient satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Awareness of food and hygiene standards.
  • Passion for patient care and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to meet business needs.
  • No prior experience necessary; we value pride in work and a willingness to learn.
