We are currently seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to join our Patient Dining team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and service.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment for patients, facilitating their nutrition and hydration needs, and delivering outstanding catering services. You will work closely with ward staff to ensure that patients' needs are met in a timely manner, and provide excellent customer service by always putting the patient first.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide menus, take orders from patients, and support with all dietary and allergen queries.
  • Prepare and deliver all refreshments and meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
  • Clear down ward areas and wash up dirty dishes, ensuring that the kitchen is fully prepared for next service.
  • Liaise with ward staff to ensure patients' needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Offer a great customer service by always putting the patient first.
Our ideal candidate will have awareness of food and hygiene standards, be passionate about patient care, and have effective communication skills. They will be able to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business. The estimated salary for this role is £19,000 - £21,000 per annum, depending on experience.
