About the Role

The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic MDT Coordinator to join their growing service. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to build your skills and knowledge within a fast-paced service and develop your career pathway with the NHS.

You will be providing 'behind the scenes' support to patients who have been referred to the hospital to exclude a diagnosis of cancer and will assist in improving the pathways of suspected and diagnosed cancer patients.

This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including facilitating and supporting MDT meetings and administrative duties to help guide the patient through the CWT pathway in line with national targets.

Main Duties

  • Facilitating and supporting MDT meetings
  • Administrative duties to guide patients through the CWT pathway
  • Liaising with staff at all levels associated with multi-disciplinary team working
  • Collating and processing of information
  • Meeting management
