MDT Coordinator

The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic MDT Coordinator to join their growing service. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals to build their skills and knowledge within a fast-paced service and develop their career pathway with the NHS.
Main Duties of the JobThis role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including facilitating and supporting MDT meetings and administrative duties to help guide the patient through the CWT pathway in line with national targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be required to liaise with staff at all levels associated with multi-disciplinary team working.

Job ResponsibilitiesYou will have a full and knowledge of national guidance for the Cancer Standards and their local application. You will also have an excellent understanding of patient pathways across all tumour sites, to ensure that pathways are recorded accurately. You will track patients through their cancer pathway ensuring that they progress in a timely way ensuring they meet the national standard.

- Educated to at least A Level/diploma level or comparable experience
