MICE Sales Executive Role

We are seeking a highly motivated MICE Sales Executive to join our team at Antony James Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading hospitality client in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert bookings and plan events for large groups (100+ pax)
  • Liaise with hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution
  • Generate quotes, check availability, and maintain professional relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with sales, accounts, and marketing teams to maximize revenue and secure contracts
  • Prepare weekly function schedules and complete administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in MICE sales, particularly in reactive roles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and organized, with experience in Opera, Delphi FDC, and Lanyon/Cvent systems
  • Right to work in the UK
