Sales Director

The Langham, London is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Director of Sales - MICE. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the MICE industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including event planners, meeting planners, and other industry professionals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to leverage these to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and revenue management, to ensure alignment and maximize revenue opportunities
- Proven experience in sales and revenue growth, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the MICE industry and its trends and developments
