Independent Living Support Specialist

We're seeking an Independent Living Support Specialist to join our team in Horley. As a full-time employee, you'll earn up to £25,400 per annum and receive various benefits, including paid annual leave, a pension scheme, and NVQ/diploma enhancement.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting service users with daily living activities, such as household chores, leisure pursuits, and personal care.
• Fostering positive relationships with service users, their families, and healthcare professionals through excellent communication skills.
• Maintaining accurate records of service user support notes after each shift.
You'll be part of a supportive team, working in the Horley area. Essential requirements include previous experience as a support worker, flexibility, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Confidentiality and professionalism are crucial in this role.
Required skills include experience in community services or support work, being empathetic, and possessing strong communication skills to build relationships with service users and their networks.
A valid driver's license is necessary for this position.
