**Care and Support Professional Wanted


We are currently seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team as a Care and Support Professional.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily living support to a 28-year-old man who has autism, epilepsy, and a severe learning disability. This will include assisting him with activities such as walking, swimming, and playing in his garden.


As a Care and Support Professional, you will need to be able to provide consistent support to this individual, while also being aware of his needs and limitations. You will need to be adaptable, flexible, and able to work independently.


In return for your dedication, you can expect a competitive rate of pay of £12.50 per hour, with additional pay on some bank holidays. You will also receive enhanced pay when you leave to have a baby, as well as access to an Employee Assistance programme with various aspects of free legal support and counselling.
