NHS Worcestershire Acute Hospitals Trust is a large acute and specialized hospital trust providing a range of local acute services to the residents of Worcestershire and more specialized services to a larger population in Herefordshire and beyond.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum

This role offers a competitive salary, reflecting the importance of this position in delivering exceptional patient care. Our workforce of over 7,000 staff members is recognized for providing good and outstanding patient-centered care.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supporting patients with their daily living needs, under the supervision of a qualified nurse.
  • Assisting Consultants and other healthcare professionals in clinical settings, independently.
  • Collaborating with the department manager and Matron on audits, data collection, and transfer.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a kind and caring manner, and the ability to work flexibly between Monday and Friday. Additionally, GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths, along with qualifications in Phlebotomy and completion of a care certificate, are essential.
