About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team in the Gillingham Area. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in delivering exceptional store standards and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in running the store, leading by example and driving a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Support in maintaining excellent store standards and consistently delivering KPIs.
  • Develop and coach a high-performing team, identifying and nurturing talent and training them to achieve success.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work a range of hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
