About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at B&M Retail. As a Deputy Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in delivering exceptional store standards and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team
  • Support the implementation of store operations and processes to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development and execution of business plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify and address areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Knowledge of retail operations and processes
