Assistant Store Manager, Tommy Hilfiger Ashford Outlet

At PVH, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Tommy Hilfiger Ashford Outlet. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead store teams to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals
- Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance
- Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards
- Partner with store management team to build on business opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives
- Focus staff on quality relationships with internal and external customers
- Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory levels
- Communicate to the Store Manager what is driving sales and discuss any issues/priorities to develop strategies to maximize business
- Analyze store level reports and create action plans to improve results
- Assist with manpower planning, identification, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes
- Work with the Store Manager to build bench strength for key positions, including possible successors
- Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings
- Clearly communicate to staff store and individual sales goals and other key performance expectations
- Previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
- Effective communicator with the ability to cultivate belonging
- Collaborative team player who recognizes and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others
- Courageous in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
- Adaptable and able to work with pace
- Energetic and inspiring, with a clear presence on the shop floor
- Approach all issues with a 'can do' attitude and make informed decisions to find in-store solutions
