Assistant Store Manager, Tommy Hilfiger Ashford Outlet

At PVH, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Tommy Hilfiger Ashford Outlet. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the store team to achieve sales and profit targets, while ensuring exceptional customer service and a visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create engaging store displays and maintain corporate visual standards.
- Partner with the store management team to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Focus on building strong relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring a repeat customer base through unparalleled service.
- Conduct daily and weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory levels.
- Communicate sales results and action plans to the Store Manager, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, and interviewing processes, ensuring a diverse and skilled team.
- Participate in weekly management meetings and staff meetings, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals, key performance expectations, and sales results to staff.
- Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury brand.
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to cultivate belonging and collaboration.
- Courage in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work with pace, inspiring trust and a 'can-do' approach.
- Energetic and present on the shop floor, with a clear presence and ability to make informed decisions.
