Store Leadership Opportunity at PVH

At PVH, we're seeking a talented Store Manager to lead our Tommy Hilfiger Ashford Outlet team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead store teams to achieve sales, profit, and customer experience goals
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaboration with colleagues
  • Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room
  • Work with the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication and understanding between VM and store teams
  • Partner with store management to build on business opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives
  • Focus staff on the importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers
  • Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory levels
  • Communicate with the Store Manager on sales drivers and discuss any issues/priorities to develop strategies to maximize business
  • Analyze store-level reports and create action plans to improve results
  • Assist with manpower planning, identification, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes
  • Work with the Store Manager to build bench strength for key positions, including possible successors
  • Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings
  • Clearly communicate to staff store and individual sales goals and other key performance expectations
Requirements:
  • Previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
  • Effective communicator with the ability to cultivate belonging
  • Collaborative team player who recognizes and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others
  • Courageous in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
  • Adaptable and able to work with pace
  • Energetic and inspiring, with a clear presence on the shop floor
  • Approach issues with a 'can-do' attitude and make informed decisions to find in-store solutions
