HCRG Staffing is proud to collaborate with a new client launching a service in Hinckley, Leicestershire, seeking permanent Counsellors to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • To offer empathetic and expert telephone support to clients, addressing a range of concerns and issues.
  • To develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and circumstances.
  • To contribute to the development of the service, suggesting improvements and best practices.
  • To maintain accurate records of client interactions, adhering to the client's data protection policies.
  • To participate in ongoing training and professional development, enhancing skills and knowledge in areas such as trauma-informed care and CBT.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
  • To meet regular performance targets, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
