**Key Responsibilities:**

We are looking for an experienced Children's Home Manager to join our team at Service Care Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and smooth running of a residential children's home, ensuring it operates in line with regulatory standards and organisational policies.

As a Children's Home Manager, you will:

  • Lead and supervise a team of residential support workers
  • Develop and implement individual care plans for each child or young person
  • Maintain a safe and secure home environment for children and young people

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Enhanced DBS
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services; or equivalent; or preparedness to work towards the same
  • 5 years of experience working with children in a residential care environment and at least one year as a registered manager
  • Full UK Driving Licence

The estimated annual salary for this position is £65,500, including bonuses.
