Adult Vulnerability Support Lead

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an exceptional Adult Vulnerability Support Lead to join their safeguarding team. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing specialist mental health and community support to staff across the trust.

Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of an integrated safeguarding team covering the duty system
  • Participate in all aspects of the safeguarding agenda, including safeguarding children, adults, Prevent, Honour Based Abuse, Domestic Abuse, and Modern Slavery

You will be expected to work in partnership with all agencies to promote the welfare of adults and children both internal and external to the trust. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a mental health trust and be able to demonstrate a Think Family approach to delivering safeguarding.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
