We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities- Learning Support: Assist pupils in their learning objectives, using strategies in liaison with the teacher to promote inclusion and encourage collaboration.
- Mentoring and Intervention: Provide one-to-one mentorship, planning and leading booster and intervention sessions to tackle difficult topics.
- Observation and Feedback: Observe, record, and feedback information on pupil performance to inform teaching practices.
- Right to Work: Hold the right to work in the UK.
- Passion for Learning: Demonstrate a genuine passion for the potential of every pupil.
- Professional Development: Be a learner, continually seeking opportunities for professional growth.
- Enhanced DBS: Hold an enhanced DBS registration or be willing to obtain one.
The estimated salary for this role is £20-25 per hour, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent at a later date.
