Job Title: Empowering Student Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Empowering Student Engagement Specialist at Empowering Learning, a school that provides a nurturing environment for children with diverse needs.

  • We require someone who can develop and implement strategies that promote student engagement and participation.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to design and deliver activities that cater to diverse interests and needs.
  • E nsuring all activities comply with health and safety regulations and safeguarding policies is essential.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to be:

  • Passionate about supporting children with SEN and promoting their engagement in the learning environment.
  • Creative and resourceful, able to design innovative solutions that cater to diverse needs.
  • Organized and adaptable, skilled in developing and implementing multiple activities and events.
Requirements:

We require:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN.

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Experience in activity planning and delivery.
  • Team Teach or similar de-escalation training.
  • Opportunities for professional development and training.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience). We offer a competitive salary and opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
