Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for on-premises (VMware/HyperV) and cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Azure, 365, Entra ID, Intune, and related technologies
- Support multiple public and private sector customers
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft software (Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL, Exchange)
- Implement secure configurations across various platforms
- Monitor and improve systems performance and security
- Manage VDI solutions (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware, FSlogix, etc.)
- Lead low-impact projects for managed services customers
- Adhere to ITIL V4 processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Microsoft AZ900, AZ104, AZ305, AZ500, Citrix Certified Associate/Professional, VMware Certified Professional, Security-focused certification, ITIL Foundation/Proven experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows environments
- Experience in network, OS, storage device, and application (SQL Databases) administration and performance tuning
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Intune
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS (Windows 8+/Windows Server 2016+)
- Familiarity with monitoring systems (e.g., Experience with automation software is desirable
