Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our regulatory engineering division, MULTIDOMAIN DEFENCE DOCK. As Director of Cybersecurity and Risk Management, you will lead the creation of immersive simulations that leverage advanced problem-solving methods and complex cognitive tasks to deliver real-global operations scenarios for performing GRC tasks in virtual reality. Key areas include configuring and managing networks, servers, Optical ground station terminal, data center, and critical infrastructure. You will also manage day-to-day IT & Engineering needs, monitor security tools, respond to alerts and incidents, and implement NIST SP 800-171 for internal systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has 20 years of experience in emergent technology, architecting, building, and securing systems at scale. They must have in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity compliance standards such as ISO, SOC, NIST, CMMC, EDRS, and ITAR. Certifications in ISACA, CISM, CRISC, CISA, ITCA are essential, including Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Authorization Professional (CAP).

Estimated Salary:$225,000 - $325,000 per year
