Advance Training & Recruitment Services is looking for a seasoned Cybersecurity Program Director to lead our cybersecurity efforts in London. This senior leadership role offers a salary range of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.

Role Overview

As a Cybersecurity Program Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect our organization from emerging threats. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive cybersecurity initiatives, leverage industry partnerships, and stay ahead of evolving cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and industry experts, to stay informed about emerging cybersecurity trends and best practices.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of enterprise-wide cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the creation and execution of cybersecurity awareness training programs, promoting a culture of cybersecurity responsibility throughout the organization.
  • Maintain and update the cybersecurity risk register, ensuring accurate identification and mitigation of potential risks to the organization.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field, along with relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT security leadership roles, with a proven track record of successfully developing and executing cybersecurity strategies and programs.
  • Expertise in security governance, risk management, compliance, and audit, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
