Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tenancy Investigations Specialist to join our team at Octavia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex tenancy cases, including anti-social behaviour, tenancy fraud, and safeguarding. The role requires strong investigative skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex tenancy cases, including anti-social behaviour, tenancy fraud, and safeguarding
  • Investigate and gather evidence to support legal proceedings
  • Work closely with internal colleagues and external agencies to achieve positive and sustainable solutions
  • Develop and implement preventative measures to reduce anti-social behaviour and tenancy fraud
  • Maintain and analyse case management data to improve understanding of the nature of anti-social behaviour and tenancy fraud

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams to effectively manage complex tenancy cases
  • Proven investigative skills and handling of legal cases
  • Applied ASB and counter fraud measures legislation, good practice, and policy and procedures in housing or other fields
  • Demonstrable experience of effectively communicating with a diverse range of residents
