Job Description

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent within the trust. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact with applicants to final selection and onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment or HR management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You must have a strong understanding of employment law and recruitment best practices. A background in healthcare or social care would be beneficial, but not essential.
