Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

VANRATH HR is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading local Healthcare provider, wishing to appoint a Recruitment Officer based in Armagh City. Working closely and strategically with the Recruitment Specialist and the Recruitment team, you will be a key member of an ambitious, driven and innovative people focused department, sourcing the best candidates to support the growth of the workforce across the organisation.

To effectively manage all CVs/applications and recruitment queries, ensuring these are added to recruitment trackers and systems and progressed within the agreed timeframes. To support operations through the recruitment and onboarding processes i.e. shortlisting, interviewing and inductions. Ensuring timely and adequate updates are provided on candidates.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years' employment experience in a similar role (e.g. Where the recruitment/full recruitment cycle of staff is/has been the main element of your job role), as well as experience in maintaining databases for applicant tracking and reporting on HR metrics. Additionally, a full UK/ROI driving licence is required for this position.
