About the Role
The HSC BSO Business Services Organisation is seeking an exceptional Service Delivery Manager to join our team. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of our Recruitment and Selection service, ensuring it meets the required standards and exceeds customer expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Share responsibility for delivering a responsive and proactive Recruitment and Selection service.
  • Join the Service Delivery Manager Team in customer engagement through regular operational meetings.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

We offer:
  • A competitive salary of £43,000 - £53,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
