Armagh City Recruitment Specialist

As a Recruitment Officer in our Armagh City office, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new staff members.
You will work closely with the Recruitment Specialist and team to identify recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing CVs, applications, and recruitment queries;
- Supporting operations through recruitment and onboarding processes;
- Liaising with operations to determine recruitment needs;
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role;
- 2+ years' experience maintaining databases for applicant tracking and HR metrics reporting;
- Working knowledge of HR software, including ATS;
Our company offers an excellent salary and benefits package, including a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
