About the Role:

The Salary and Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for managing payroll processes for PSPS and Client Councils. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll legislation and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll queries from employees, Client Councils, and external stakeholders.
  • Process expenses and payroll using the HR and Payroll system.
  • Administer statutory and occupational payments, including sick pay and maternity pay.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in payroll, ideally with multiple payrolls.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays and option to purchase up to 5 extra days.
