Job Description: Adult Support and Wellbeing Coordinator

Salary: £23,250 (FTE)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Adult Support and Wellbeing Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating adult support services, including carers' assessments, information, advice, and wellbeing support, and wellbeing groups.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with adults and other stakeholders. We prefer candidates with experience working with adults in a similar capacity and a good understanding of health and social care policies related to adults.
