Pool Care Support Volunteer
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Pool Care Support Volunteer. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our hydrotherapy pool sessions for children and young adults.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and young adults, and be able to provide exceptional support to our physiotherapy team. In return, we offer a comprehensive training and induction programme, ensuring you feel confident and supported in your role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support hospice staff with hydrotherapy pool sessions for children and young adults.
- Monitor the child or young adult's progress and report any changes to the team.
Requirements:
- Lifeguard training or basic lifesaving skills are desirable but not essential.
- You must be able to swim and be water confident.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential.
Salary: £9.50 per hour (estimated annual salary: £19,600)
