About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Support Specialist to join our team in South Lincolnshire. As a key member of our Operational Team, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of carers through your work.

Job Description
  • Manage conversations with carers to identify their needs and provide appropriate support.
  • Write statutory carer assessments on behalf of Lincolnshire County Council.
  • Provide information, advice, and wellbeing support to carers.
  • Run wellbeing groups and proactively identify carers through partnership working.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working with adults in 1:1 or group settings, a working knowledge of health and social care, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A high standard of written skills is also required to help carers identify their support needs and complete statutory assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
