As a Health Care Assistant at Reliant Carers, you will deliver high-quality personal care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will cultivate meaningful relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality personal care to patients
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients and their families
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a comparable role
- Knowledge of health and safety standards, infection control procedures, safeguarding protocols, risk assessments, and report writing
- A valid Manual Handling & Care certificate is preferred
- A minimum of 12 months of relevant experience and/or a recognized social care qualification
