Job Description: As a Compassionate Care Worker with Cera Care, you will be providing end-of-life support to young people and adults in the Spalding area. Your role will involve all aspects of care, and you will be a lifeline for service users and their families, providing much-needed support and respite. You will work 7-3 or 3-10 shifts, depending on your availability.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent people skills, great communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently. A driver's license and access to a vehicle are also essential. You will be subject to a DBS/PVG check and references.
