We are passionate about delivering exceptional care to our residents and are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Support Professional.

About the Role

  • Assist with personal support and care for our residents, ensuring their needs are met in a compassionate and respectful manner.
  • Aid the emotional well-being and social needs of our residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Support residents during meal times, encouraging independence and dignity.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing regular updates and communication.
  • Maintain and develop resident care plans, ensuring their needs are met and reviewed regularly.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with residents, families, and colleagues effectively.
  • An understanding of people with dementia and the ability to provide supportive care.
  • Previous experience as a Care Assistant is preferred but not essential.
  • Able to work long shifts, including nights and weekends.

  • A competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
