Salary: £20 per hour, plus an additional £3,000 - £6,000 per annum for sleep-ins (4-8 sleep-ins per month at £62).

Job Description: As a Senior Therapeutic Support Worker, you will be a key member of our team, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children and young people. Your role will involve supporting young people in their personal development and well-being, leading and managing a team to provide high-quality therapeutic care, developing and implementing care plans, maintaining records, and reporting progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of 12 months' experience in residential childcare, a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (recognised in your pay rate), knowledge of therapeutic, child-centred models of care, flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins, and the ability to connect with children and young people, sharing interests such as the outdoors, animals, or shopping.
