**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dedicated Care Provider to join our team of care professionals in providing exceptional support to individuals with complex needs in the Spalding area.
As a Complex Needs Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This role requires a high level of dedication, patience, and understanding, as well as excellent communication skills to work effectively with our clients and their families.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Delivering personal care and support to clients with complex needs
- Assisting with daily living activities, including medication management and mobility
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care planning
