Job Description
We are looking for a qualified SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Randstad Education. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting children with special educational needs in a school setting.

About the Role
In this role, you will be working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies to meet the needs of children with SEN. You will also be responsible for creating a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages children to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily tasks, such as administering medication and supporting students with personal care
- Support educational activities, including preparing materials and resources
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of SEN principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be patient, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can also expect a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
