Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Tesco. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing teams, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising staff, controlling stock, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, stock levels, and employee performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably with a similar size and type of store.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
