Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our General Practice Clinical Pharmacist team in Ayrshire. As a key member of our primary care pharmacy team, you will play a crucial role in improving prescribing practices and delivering high-quality patient care.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting GPs and other healthcare professionals in their prescribing decisions.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve prescribing practices.
  • Conducting medication reviews to improve patient outcomes.

You will need:

  • A Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
  • Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council of Great Britain with evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • Vocational Training (Level 2) or equivalent training experience.
