We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Mental Health and Substance Use Pharmacy Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join us in a Senior Pharmacist role.

The post holder will deliver a patient-centred, safe and effective Clinical Pharmacy Service to In-Patient and Community Mental Health Services.

The role involves contributing to the on-call, weekend and public holiday rotas as per service requirements.

Key responsibilities include delivering a patient-centred, safe and effective Clinical Pharmacy Service to In-Patient and Community Mental Health Services.
