Sewell Wallis recruitment is proud to assist a global law firm in finding an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities- The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration of new starters and leavers, including onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Audit of items allocated to the Expense Team and audit of items reclaimed outside of the expense policy will be key responsibilities.
- The candidate will also need to administer delegates within the Expense System, process out-of-pocket payments and direct debits, and reconcile monthly credit card statements.
- Regular audits of Corporate Credit Card Holders will be necessary to ensure secure use of company funds.
- Collaboration with Financial Accounts to reconcile balance sheet accounts and working with Cashiers to complete bank reconciliations are also essential tasks.
The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, based on experience.
