Skilled Care Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Skilled Care Manager to join our team at Care UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care.
About the Job:
The Skilled Care Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of care services, ensuring that they meet the needs of our residents. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of care principles and practices, and will be able to motivate and empower their team to achieve excellent results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating and delivering care services* Ensuring that care standards are met and exceeded* Developing and implementing care plans* Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care* Managing budgets and resources* Maintaining accurate records and reports* Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
* A strong understanding of care principles and practices* Management and coordination experience* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills* Ability to work as part of a team and build effective relationships* Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial management* Understanding of health and safety procedures* Valid training in adult social care or related field (or willingness to undertake)* Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work varying shifts* Ability to pass DBS check* Commitment to providing person-centered care* Availability to work night shifts (39.5 hours per week)
