Job Title: Care Team Leader Position
About the Role:
- We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Team Leader.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising their shift, case managing residents, and liaising with families and healthcare professionals.
- A strong understanding of care planning processes and experience in administering medication is desirable.
- The role involves working closely with the leadership team to develop services and providing a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent qualification

Estimated Salary: £14-£18 per hour (dependent on experience)
