We are seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to lead the delivery of exceptional care to our residents.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will supervise their shift, manage resident care plans, administer medication, and work closely with our leadership team to develop services. They will also support residents with daily needs, ensuring they remain active and independent.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise shifts and manage resident care plans

- Estimated salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
