About the Job

This is a permanent opportunity to work with our team at CV-Library, where you will be responsible for installing and testing chassis and body electrical control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and test electrical control systems according to customer specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with company health and safety policy and procedures.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all work carried out.
  • Install and modify vehicle wiring harnesses and components as per contract build documentation.
  • Terminate various automotive and high-voltage connections up to 800V AC or DC.
  • Test and commission the vehicle electrical system as per Quality Assurance documentation.
  • Fault find and repair the vehicle electrical system using bespoke diagnostic software.
  • Work overtime when requested by management.
  • Undertake training or retraining associated with the post or introduction of new working practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to General Data Protection guidelines.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of electrical control systems, good problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Able to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and adhering to company policies is essential.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum.
