Grounds Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Groundsperson to join our team at Malvern College. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the college grounds to the highest standard, ensuring that all sports surfaces are prepared and maintained throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the college grounds, including sports surfaces, gardens, and general upkeep.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of sports surfaces, including cricket, athletics, tennis, and rounders in the summer, and rugby, football, hockey, cross country, and netball in the winter.
- Support the wider Estates Department as required.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and use of horticultural machinery.
- Work effectively both individually and as a team.
- Hold a full and valid UK Manual Driving Licence.
- Demonstrable experience of working in the field of maintaining grounds.
