About the Role

The Cabrini Health Electrical Maintenance team is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of buildings, equipment, machinery, and electrical infrastructure in a safe and efficient operational manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing maintenance and electrical duties
  • Using all equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Remaining vigilant, observing for and fixing faults and defects in plant, machinery, switchboards, equipment, and buildings
  • Adhering to all policies and procedures
  • Utilising the engineering MMS to identify, track, and record work and to enter data as required
  • Participating in on-call roster

About You

We are looking for an experienced Electrician who is able to work autonomously, be proactive, flexible, and has a multidisciplinary approach. You will also have the following:

  • Current Victorian A Grade electrical license
  • Proven ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues with extensive fault finding skills
  • Experience with the safe use of a wide variety of tools, test, and measuring equipment
  • Experience with air conditioning controls and equipment highly regarded
  • Experience with the use of Building Management Systems to diagnose and repair
  • Boiler and chiller experience is highly regarded
