Overview

Cabrini Health is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team in maintaining all aspects of buildings, equipment, machinery, and electrical infrastructure in a safe and efficient operational manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and electrical duties
  • Use all equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Remain vigilant, observing for and fixing faults and defects in plant, machinery, switchboards, equipment, and buildings
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures
  • Utilize the engineering MMS to identify, track, and record work and to enter data as required
  • Participate in an on-call roster

About the Role

The successful candidate will be an experienced Electrician who is able to work autonomously, be proactive, flexible, and have a multidisciplinary approach.

Requirements

  • Current Victorian A Grade electrical license
  • Proven ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues with extensive fault finding skills
  • Experience with the safe use of a wide variety of tools, test, and measuring equipment
  • Experience with air conditioning controls and equipment highly regarded
  • Experience with the use of Building Management Systems to diagnose and repair
  • Boiler and chiller experience highly regarded
